Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What types of commercial dishwashers do you repair?

We repair door-type, conveyor, flight-type, high-temperature and low-temperature machines.

Why is my commercial dishwasher not draining?

Common causes are a clogged drain or filter, a blocked hose, or a faulty drain valve. Grease, food debris, and mineral buildup are frequent culprits.

Why are my dishes not coming out clean?

Check for low water pressure, clogged spray arms or nozzles, incorrect detergent levels and hard water buildup. If those are fine, the pump or wash system may need service.

Why is my dishwasher not reaching the right temperature?

A failed heating element, a faulty thermostat or a booster heater problem can keep water below the required temperature. Electrical and control board problems can cause the same symptom.

What is the difference between high-temperature and low-temperature machines?

High-temperature machines sanitize with a hot water final rinse. Low-temperature machines sanitize with a chemical sanitizer. We repair both.

Will I get an estimate before the work starts?

Yes. We give you a written estimate before any work begins.
